Abstract

Návrh multifunkční budovy pro obyvatel města a uprchlíci z jiných měst Ukrajiny, aby mohli na jednom místě získat veškerou pomoc a podporu, kterou v obtížných situacích potřebují. Budova se nachází v docházkové vzdálenosti 15 minut od jakéhokoli místa v centralní častí města. Urbanistické a prostorové řešení navazuje na dispozici stávající zástavby celého bloku náměstí. Centrum nezlomnosti zahrnuje mix různých účelů. Zevnitř budovy na náměstí vzniká a podporuje atraktivní aktivní prostor. V přízemí jsou umístěny nájemní prostory, velká galerie a jídelna. Administrativní část budovy disponuje všemi potřebnými službami pro návštěvníky centra. V obytné části budovy jsou umístěny dočasné ubytovací pokoje. Horní část budovy doplňují otevřené terasy pro veřejnost a obyvatele.

Design of a multifunctional building for city dwellers and refugees from other cities of Ukraine to get all the help and support they need in difficult situations in one place. The building is located within 15 minutes walking distance from any place in the central part of the city. The urban and spatial solution follows on from the available existing buildings of the entire square block. The Invincibility center includes a mix of different purposes. An attractive active space is created and supported from the inside of the building on the square. On the ground floor there are rental premises, a large gallery and a restaurant. The administrative part of the building has all the necessary services for visitors to the center. Temporary accommodation rooms are located in the residential part of the building. The upper part of the building is complemented by open terraces for the public and residents.
