Financování investice formou operativního leasingu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou operativního leasingu, jakožto formou financování investice a komparace s jinými způsoby financování. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, ve které se popisuje pojem operativní leasing, jeho charakteristika a druhy. Dále jsou v teoretické části popsány výhody a nevýhody operativního leasingu a daňová a účetní problematika operativního leasingu. V praktické části je prezentováno srovnání konkrétních nabídek operativního leasingu, které jsou analyzovány a komparovány mezi sebou spolu s úvěrovými nabídkami a následná analýza výsledků.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of operational leasing as a form of investment financing and comparison with other methods of financing. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part, which describes the concept of operational leasing, its characteristics, and types. Furthermore, the advantages and disadvantages of operational leasing and tax and accounting issues of operational leasing are described in the theoretical part. In the practical part, a comparison of specific operational leasing offers is presented, which are analyzed and compared with each other together with loan offers, and a subsequent analysis of the results.
