Uplatnitelnost malých a středných modulárních reaktorů v České republice

Abstract

Předkládaná diplomová práce vznikla za účelem posouzení uplatnitelnosti malých a středních modulárních reaktorů v České republice a k porovnání vybraných lehkovodních designů a potenciálních lokalit pro výstavbu. Teoretická část je věnována vývoji a současnému stavu energetiky, s rozšířením v oblasti jaderné energetiky, v České republice a jejímu ovlivnění legislativou Evropské unie. Následně jsou popsány vyvíjené technologie malých a středních modulárních reaktorů a požadavky české legislativy na umisťování jaderných zařízení. V praktické části je provedena analýza trhu malých a středních modulárních reaktorů. Posouzení uplatnitelnosti malých a středních modulárních reaktorů v České republice je provedeno pro vybrané lehkovodní koncepty a uhelné lokality. Koncepty a lokality jsou hodnoceny dle stanovených kritérií s následným doporučením výběru.

The submitted diploma thesis was created to assess the applicability of small and medium modular reactors in the Czech Republic and to compare selected light water reactor designs and potential sites for construction. The theoretical part is devoted to the evolution and the current state of the energy sector, with an extension in the field of nuclear power, in the Czech Republic and the way it is influenced by the European Union legislation. Subsequently, the developed technologies of small and medium-sized modular reactors and the requirements of the Czech legislation on the siting of nuclear facilities are described. In the practical part, the market analysis of small and medium-sized modular reactors is carried out. An assessment of the applicability of small and medium modular reactors in the Czech Republic is performed for selected light water concepts and for coal power sites. The concepts and sites are evaluated according to set criteria with subsequent recommendations for selection.
