Posouzení vývoje finančního zdraví malých rodinných firem ve stavebnictví

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení vývoje finančního zdraví skupiny malých rodinných firem ve stavebnictví. Přínosem práce je vytvoření prognózy vývoje finančního zdraví skupině společností, a to na základě prediktivních metod finanční analýzy. Teoretická část se zabývá položením teoretických základů, které jsou potřebné k analýze vývoje finančního zdraví. Praktická část obsahuje samotnou analýzu finančního zdraví. Tato analýza je sestavena na základě indexu IN05, který je vhodným ukazatelem finančního zdraví pro české prostředí. Na základě indexu IN05 jsou společnosti rozřazeny do skupin zdravých, finančně nejistých a ohrožených společností. Minulý vývoj je zhodnocen za období hospodářské konjunktury a makroekonomických šoků. Do budoucího období je sestavena prognóza vývoje indexu IN05. Závěrem práce je vyhodnocení, jak se vyvíjelo finanční zdraví jednotlivých kategorií společností a jaké měly tyto tři kategorie společné rysy.

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the development of financial health of a group of small family-owned companies in the construction industry. The contribution of the thesis is the creation of a forecast of the development of financial health of a group of companies, based on predictive methods of financial analysis. The theoretical part deals with laying the theoretical foundations that are necessary to analyse the development of financial health. The practical part contains the actual analysis of financial health. This analysis is based on the IN05 index, which is a suitable indicator of financial health for the Czech environment. Based on IN05 index, companies are classified of healthy, financially insecure and threatened companies. The past development is assessed over the period of economic boom and macroeconomic shocks. A forecast of the development of the IN05 index is made for the future period. The paper concludes with an assessment of how the financial health of each category of companies has evolved and what common features the three categories have in common.
