Hyperspektrální analýza rostlin

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím hyperspektrálního snímání v oblasti rostlin a vegetace. Teoretická část je zaměřena na základní principy hyperspektrálního snímání, využití vegetačních indexů, spektrální podobnosti a následné aplikace v této oblasti. Praktická část práce je zaměřená na postup snímání pomocí hyperspektrální kamery, pomocí které byl vytvořen datový set se vzorky rostlin. Následně byla tato data zpracována v prostředí MATLAB, ve kterém byly vytvořeny vegetační indexy a spektrální metriky pro porovnání různých vlastností a pozorování změn stavů rostlin v čase.

The bachelor thesis deals with the use of hyperspectral imaging in the field of plants and vegetation. The theoretical part focuses on the basic principles of hyperspectral imaging, the use of vegetation indices, spectral similarity and subsequent applications in this field. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the procedure of scanning using a hyperspectral camera, which was used to create a dataset with plant samples. Subsequently, these data were processed in MATLAB to create vegetation indices and spectral metrics for comparing different traits and observing changes in plant conditions over time.
