Studie proveditelnosti - investice do podkrovního bytu

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je vytvoření studie proveditelnosti – investice do podkrovního bytu. Diplomová práce má dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je popsán výstavbový projekt a jeho fáze. Dále jsou popsány a definovány jednotlivé kapitoly studie a v závěru je popsána struktura studie. Praktická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na vytvoření samotné studie proveditelnosti. Součástí praktické části je popis a návrh jednotlivých variant. Praktická část se dále věnuje analýze trhu a rizik projektu. Jsou stanoveny náklady a výnosy projektu. V závěru je vyhodnocení jednotlivých variant a popis té optimální.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the creation of a feasibility study - investment in a loft apartment. The diploma thesis has two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes: the construction project and its parts. Furthermore, the individual chapters of the study are described and defined and finally the structure of the study is described. The practical part of the diploma thesis focuses on the creation of the feasibility study itself. The practical part includes the description and design of the different options. The practical part is also devoted to the market and risk analysis of the project. The costs and benefits of the project are determined. In the conclusion, the evaluation of individual options and the description of the optimal one is made.
