Plán BOZP při rekonstrukci hotelu InterContinental Praha

Abstract

Autor v úvode práce rozoberá legislatívu v rámci BOZP v Českej republike, snaží sa bežnému čitateľovi predstaviť v úvode základné pojmy z oblasti BOZP, ale aj samotného stavebníctva. Jadro práce tvorí samotný plán BOZP Hotelu InterContinental Praha, ako aj pridružených stavebných objektov, ktoré sú súčasťou rekonštrukcie. V tejto časti sú zadefinované konkrétne riešenia z hľadiska BOZP a ich realizácia v praxi. V druhej polovici práce je spracovaný pohľad na údržbu objektu z hľadiska životnosti stavby a navrhnuté riešenia v rámci BOZP. Následne práca popisuje technologický postup zameraný na búracie práce a likvidáciu azbestu.

In the beginning of the thesis, the author discusses the legislation in the framework of OSH in the Czech Republic. He tries to introduce the general reader to the basic terms in the field of OSH and the construction industry itself. The core of the work is the health and safety plan of the InterContinental Prague Hotel as well as the associated buildings that are part of the reconstruction. In this part, concrete solutions from the perspective of health and safety and their implementation in practice are defined. In the second half of the thesis, an overview of the building's maintenance from the perspective of the building's lifespan and proposed solutions within the framework of health and safety are defined. Subsequently, the thesis describes the technological procedure focused on demolition work and the disposal of asbestos.
