Vliv dozoru provozovatele na efektivitu provozu stavby v průběhu jejího životního cyklu

Abstract

Cílem této práce je analyzovat vliv dozoru provozovatele na jednotlivé fáze životního cyklu budovy. K tomu bylo potřeba nastínit problematiku údržby budovy a jejího vlivu na náklady za celý životní cyklus stavby. Do současného legislativního rámce dozorů stavby bylo navrženo začlenění dozoru provozovatele, který je zodpovědný za kontrolu kvality návrhu a realizace stavby s ohledem na budoucí náklady na údržbu a provoz. Nakonec byly zváženy výhody a nevýhody dozoru provozovatele.

The goal of this master thesis is to analyze the influence of the commissioning agent on the effectivity of building operation over its life cycle. For this, it was necessary to outline the issue of building maintenance and its effect on the costs of the entire life cycle of the building. The implementation of the commissioning agent, who is responsible for the quality control of the design and implementation of the construction with regards to future maintenance and operation costs, was proposed together with its incorporation into the current legislative framework of construction supervision. In the end, the benefits and drawbacks of the commissioning agent were discussed.
