Stavební úpravy a přístavba penzionu v Horské Kvildě

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh stavebních úprav a přístavby penzionu v Horské Kvildě. První část je zaměřena na stavebně technický průzkum stávajícího stavu objektu a posouzení stavebních závad a jejich příčin. Je vytvořen návrh architektonických a stavebních úprav. Při návrhu architektonických úprav se vychází z požadavků správy NP Šumava a územního plánu Horské Kvildy. V druhé části jsou navrženy jednotlivé skladby obálky budovy tak, aby splňovaly požadavky pro pasivní dům. Při projektování obálky budovy v pasivním standardu je důraz kladen na pečlivý návrh stavebních detailů. Stavební část je doplněna o koncepční řešení technických systémů. V závěru práce byly navržené stavební úpravy porovnány se stávajícím stavem z hlediska hodnocení energetické náročnosti budovy.

The master thesis deals with building modifications and extension of a guesthouse in Horská Kvilda. The first part of the thesis is focused on the structural-technical survey of the building and an assessment of construction defects and their causes. An architectural and layout design and construction modifications are created. The architectural design is based on the requirements of the Šumava National Park management and a zoning plan of Horská Kvilda. In the second part, the thermal envelope of the building is designed so that it meets the requirements for the passive house. When designing the building envelope in the passive house standard, the emphasis is placed on the careful design of the construction details. The construction is complemented by a conceptual design of technical systems. At the end of the thesis, designed building modifications were compared with the current state in terms of energy performance evaluation of the building.
