Komparace variant odstranění vlhkosti podzemních stěn v objektu Fara Dobrovice

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh 4 sanačních opatření k odstranění vlhkosti podzemních stěn v objektu bývalé fary v Dobrovicích. Navržená sanační opatření jsou porovnána s původní variantou navrženou projektantem z technologického a ekonomického hlediska. Součástí diplomové práce je také vytvoření agregovaných položek z navržených sanačních opatření sloužících k rychlému stanovení realizačních nákladů.

The subject of the master thesis is the design of 4 rehabilitation measures to remove dampness from the subterranean walls in the building of former rectory in Dobrovice. The proposed rehabilitation measures are compared with the original variant designed by the engineer from the technological and economical point of view. The thesis also includes the creation of aggregated items from the proposed rehabilitation measures to quickly estimate construction costs.
