Digitalizace Facility Managementu na Stavební fakultě ČVUT v Praze

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá současným stavem digitalizace služeb facility managementu na Fakultě stavební ČVUT v Praze. Ze služeb facility managementu poskytovaných na fakultě se práce zaměřuje zejména na služby technické, spojené s údržbou budov, revizemi a evidencí technologických zařízení. Dále je popsáno současné využití CAFM systému pro účely pasportizace budov na ČVUT a přístup jiných univerzit k využití CAFM v ČR. V práci je navržen postup, kterým by bylo možné technické služby převést do digitální podoby. V rámci návrhu jsou hodnoceny vybrané CAFM systémy dostupné na trhu i úvaha nad možností vlastního, případně zakázkového vývoje. Závěrem je u vybraných CAFM systémů ověřeno využití stávající dokumentace.

The diploma thesis deals with the current state of digitalization of facility management services at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, CTU in Prague. Among the facility management services provided at the faculty, the thesis focuses mainly on technical services related to building maintenance, revisions and registration of technological equipment. It also describes the current use of the CAFM system for the purposes of building passporting at CTU and the approach of other universities to the usage of CAFM in the Czech Republic. The thesis suggests a procedure by which technical services could be converted into digital form. The proposal includes an evaluation of selected CAFM systems available on the market as well as a consideration of the possibility of in-house or bespoke development. Finally, the use of existing documentation is verified for the selected CAFM systems.
