Rozdělení rutinních a dalších prací během inspekcí letadel

Abstract

Diplomová práce řeší problematiku plánování prací během údržby letadel. Cílem práce je navrhnout opatření pro zvýšení efektivity postupů údržby na základě skutečných dat poskytnutých údržbovou organizací. Práce se dívá na odvedenou údržbu z pohledu jednotlivých úkolových karet, které provozovatelé letadel požadují splnit v průběhu údržbového prostoje letadla. Z analýzy úkolových karet vyplývá, že jsou prováděny v různých částech revize. Na základě této analýzy je v práci navrhnuta metoda pro vytvoření předpovědi časů, ve kterých budou pracovníci údržby pracovat na jednotlivých úkolových kartách v průběhu revize letadla. Metoda funguje na základě nejpravděpodobnějšího průběhu úkolové karty a použití střední hodnoty odpracovaných hodin na jednotlivých údržbových úkonech. Výsledky ukazují, že navrhovaná metoda dosahuje přesnějších výsledků než současně používaný způsob odhadu používaný v údržbové organizaci, která poskytla data pro vznik této práce.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of work scheduling during aircraft heavy maintenance. The thesis goal is to propose ways to increase the efficiency of maintenance procedures based on real data provided by maintenance organization. The thesis considers performed maintenance from the different point of view as usual scheduling, concerning individual task cards that aircraft operators require to be performed during the aircraft maintenance visit. The analysis of task cards shows that these are being processed in different phases of the maintenance visit. Based on this analysis, the thesis proposes a method for creating a forecast of timeframes in which maintenance personnel will work on individual task cards during the aircraft maintenance. The method is based on the most probable progress of the task cards and the use of the mean value of workhours spent on individual maintenance tasks. The results show that the proposed method achieves more accurate results than the currently used estimation method in the maintenance organization that provided the data for the creation of this work.
