Návrh systému pro zjištění ekonomické efektivnosti IT projektu

Abstract

Diplomová práce "Návrh systému pro zjištění ekonomické efektivnosti IT projektu" se zabývá tématem návrhu systému pro efektivní využití lidských a ekonomických zdrojů v rámci procesu vytváření IT projektu dle metodiky Design Thinking. Hlavním cílem je pak popsat základní problém, sestavit business model, analyzovat rizika, vytvořit časový a finanční plán projektu a jeho ekonomickou návratnost. Během práce byly provedeny hloubkové rozhovory s odborníky různých firem v oboru informatiky a managementu. Na základě analýzy problému a hloubkových rozhovorů byl sestrojen základní prototyp. Závěrem jsou napsána doporučení pro budoucí rozvoj aplikace a pokračování projektu. Navrhovaný systém může posloužit jako základ pro skutečnou realizaci projektu a měl by poskytnout uživateli jednoduchý a přehledný pohled na IT projekt z hlediska zdrojů a dalších přínosů. Měl by podpořit proces rozhodování uživatele pro zhodnocení daného IT projektu a jeho přínosu pro podnik. Podstata této diplomové práce je pak detailní proces řízení takového projektu, vytvoření business modelu, business casu a pomocí metody Design Thinking vytvořit základní hi-fi prototyp budoucí aplikace.

The diploma thesis "Design of a system to determining the economic efficiency of the IT project" deals with the topic of designing a system for the effective use of human and economic resources in the process of creating IT projects according to the Design Thinking methodology. The main goal is to describe the basic problem, build a business model, analyze risks, create a time and financial plan for the project and its economic return. During the work, in-depth interviews were conducted with experts from various companies in the field of informatics and management. Based on problem analysis and in-depth interviews, a basic prototype was built. In conclusion, recommendations are written for the future development of the application and the continuation of the project. The proposed system can be used as a basis for project implementation and should provide the user with a simple and clear view of the IT project in terms of resources and other benefits. It should support the user's decision-making process to evaluate the given IT project and its contribution to the enterprise. The essence of this thesis is the detailed process of managing such a project, creating a business model, business time and using the Design Thinking method to create a basic hi-fi prototype of a future application.
