Analýza podnikových procesů pro nastavení informačního systému

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza podnikových procesů pro nastavení informačního systému. Podnik zabývající se vývojem a implementací informačního systému do výrobních podniků má za cíl rozšířit možnosti svého produktu pro více potenciálních zákazníků. Pro získání informací, jaká rozšíření mohou mít pro podnik největší přínos, je nezbytné seznámit se s tématy informačních systémů, podnikových procesů a metodami jejich mapování. Teoretické poznatky jsou následně použity pro sestavení procesních diagramů vybraných procesů výrobních podniků. Závěrem je provedeno porovnání vypracovaných diagramů se současnou verzí informačního systému, vyhodnoceny jeho nedostatky a zdokumentovány možnosti jejich doplnění.

The aim of this thesis is the analysis of business processes for setting up an information system. A company engaged in the development and implementation of an information system in manufacturing enterprises aims to expand the possibilities of its product for more potential customers. In order to obtain information about which extensions can have the greatest benefit for the company, it is necessary to become familiar with the topics of information systems, business processes and their mapping methods. The theoretical knowledge is used for the compilation of process diagrams of selected processes of production enterprises. In conclusion, a comparison of the developed diagrams with the current version of the information system is carried out, its shortcomings evaluated, and the possibilities of their addition documented.
