Polyfunkční dům - Liberec

Abstract

Diplomová práce přímo navazuje na předdiplomní urbanistický projekt, jehož cílem bylo navrhnout novou moderní zástavbu, která bude nejen respektovat stávající lokalitu, ale zároveň také nabídne možnosti, jak celé území využít. Ze severní strany je území ohraničené komunikací Lučanská, která je zdrojem hluku a z jihu území navazuje na klidnou nízkou zástavbu zahrádkářské kolonie. Důležitým aspektem při návrhu byla práce s výhledem na Ještěd. Předmětem návrhu je polyfunkční dům, který je dominantním prvkem celého urbanismu. Tvořen je dvěma symetrickými hmotami spojenými komerčním podlažím. Zakřivení objektu definuje hlavní prostor náměstí. Objekt je z většiny obsazen byty, v přízemí se nachází komerční prostory a restaurace, která oba bloky propojuje. Pro zajištění parkovacích kapacit je celá plocha podsklepena dvěma podlažími podzemních garáží. Podlaží s bytovou funkcí jsou ustoupena před rovinou fasády přízemí, čímž vznikají nejen balkony, ale i pasivní stínící prvek. Díky této předsazené konstrukci působí stavba z vnějšího pohledu kompaktně. Projekt se zaměřuje především na architektonickou studii a je doplněn o výňatky z konstrukčního a statického řešení a koncept technického zařízení budovy.

The diploma thesis is a direct follow-up to the pre-diploma urban design project, the aim of which was to design a new modern development that will not only respect the existing site, but also offer opportunities for the use of the whole area. From the north side the area is bordered by the Lučanská road, which is a source of noise, and from the south the area is connected to a quiet low-rise garden colony. An important aspect of the design was working with the view of Ještěd. The subject of the design is a multifunctional house, which is a dominant element of the whole urbanism. It is formed by two symmetrical masses connected by a commercial floor. The curvature of the building defines the main space of the square. The building is mostly occupied by apartments, with commercial space on the ground floor and a restaurant connecting the two blocks. To provide parking capacity, the entire area is undergrounded by two floors of underground garages. There is an offset of residential floors behind the plane of the ground floor facade which creates not only balconies, but also a passive shading element. The overhanging construction gives the building a compact look from the outside. The project focuses primarily on the architectural study and is complemented by extracts from the structural design and the concept of the technical equipment of the buildings.
