Finanční analýza jako nástroj mezipodnikového srovnání

Abstract

Cílem práce bude zhodnocení finanční situace vybraného podniku, porovnání dosažených výsledků s konkurencí pomocí mezipodnikových srovnávacích metod a následné navržení řešení pro zlepšení efektivnosti podniku. Společnost, jejíž finanční stav bude hodnocen a následně porovnán s konkurencí, je RYOR a.s. Práce se dělí na dvě části, a to teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje základní pojmy, definice a metody finanční analýzy, které jsou následně aplikovány v praktické části. V závěru práce je posouzena výsledná finanční situace podniku RYOR, a.s. a zhodnocený finanční stav této společnosti je srovnán s konkurenty v odvětví.

The aim of the thesis will be to evaluate the financial situation of the selected company, to compare the achieved results with competitors using inter-company comparative methods and to propose solutions for improving the efficiency of the company. The company whose financial situation will be evaluated and subsequently compared with its competitors is RYOR a.s. The thesis is divided into two parts, namely theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains basic concepts, definitions and methods of financial analysis, which are then applied in the practical part. In the conclusion of the thesis, the resulting financial situation of RYOR, a.s. is described and the evaluated financial situation of this company is compared with its competitors in the industry.
