Klima a jeho význam na středních odborných školách

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá klimatem a jeho významem na středních odborných školách. Jejím cílem je popsat, které faktory jsou nejdůležitější pro ovlivňování klimatu ve škole. Teoretická část práce se zabývá definováním pojmu klima školy a jeho tvůrci ve škole, žáky, učiteli i rodiči žáků. Práce se dále zabývá metodami a přístupy, kterými je možno klima školy zkoumat. Představuje zá-kladní typy klimatu a hypotézu Existují rozdíly ve vnímání klimatu mezi studenty různých oborů v rámci jedné školy. Praktická část zahrnuje seznámení s výzkumným dotazníkem. Záměrem je použít poznatky z teore-tické části této práce a cílem charakterizovat klima konkrétní střední odborné školy. Výzkum je pro-veden pomocí sociálně-psychologických dotazníků pro studenty. Diagnostickou metodou jsou po-suzovací škály, které vyplňují sami aktéři. Zachycují v nich své vidění klimatu, své postoje, názory a svá očekáván

This bachelor's thesis deals with the climate and its importance in Secondary Vocational Schools. Its aim is to describe factors which are the most important for influencing the cli-mate in the school. The theoretical part of the thesis looks into the concept of internal school climate and its originators in the school, student, teachers and student´s parents. The thesis also deals with methods and approaches that can be used to examine the school climate. It presents basic climate types and hypothesis There are differences in perception of internal climate in the school among students of various study programmes. The practical part presents the research questionnaire. The intention is to use the findings from the theoretical part of the thesis and to characterize the climate of a particular sec-ondary vocational school. The research is carried out using social-psychological question-naires for students. The diagnostic method is assessment scales that are filled in by the participants themselves. They capture their perception of the climate, their attitudes, opin-ions and expectations.
