Evaluace znalostí problematiky CBRN látek u soukromých bezpečnostních služeb v ČR

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je především evaluace znalostí problematiky CBRN látek u soukromých bezpečnostních služeb v České republice. Teoretická část se v první části zabývá analýzou současného stavu soukromých bezpečnostních služeb v České republice. Ve druhé části jsou popsány jednotlivé skupiny CBRNE látek, možnosti jejich detekce, ochrana proti jejich účinkům a dekontaminace. Praktická část je zaměřena na evaluaci znalostí problematiky CBRN látek u soukromých bezpečnostních služeb. Prostřednictvím řízených rozhovorů byla zjišťována znalost CBRN látek u bezpečnostních pracovníků. Kanalýze současného stavu v soukromých bezpečnostních službách a jejich znalostí byla použita SWOT analýza. Samotná evaluace je provedena na základě výstupů všech použitých metod. Výstupem práce je metodická příručka pro styk s nebezpečnou látkou pro zaměstnance soukromých bezpečnostních služeb. V rámci výzkumu a diskuze se práce taktéž věnuje otázce legislativního ukotvení dané oblasti.

The diploma thesis namely addresses the evaluation of knowledge of CBRN substances among private security services in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part deals, in its first section, with the analysis of the current state of private security services in the Czech Republic. The second section describes individual groups of CBRN agents, ways of their detection, protection against their effects and decontamination. The practical part focuses on the evaluation of the knowledge of CBRN substances among security workers. Through guided interviews, the knowledge of CBRN substances among security personnel was investigated. A SWOT analysis was employed to analyse current state of private security services and their knowledge. The evaluation is performed on the basis of results of all methods employed. The outcome of the thesis is a methodological manual for contact with hazardous substance designed for employees of private security services. Within the research and discussion, the thesis also addresses the issue of legislative anchoring of the given area.
