Vzduchová embolie - kazuistiky

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na rizika vzniku vzduchových embolií a dekompresní nemoci, jejich komplikace a léčbu. V práci byly porovnány léčebné přístupy k řešení jednotlivých případů vzduchové embolie a dekompresní nemoci. Tyto přístupy byly porovnány i s doporučenými postupy pro léčbu vzduchových embolií a dekompresní nemoci. V teoretické části práce jsou rozebrány jednotlivé druhy vzduchových embolií a doporučení pro jejich léčbu. Dále jsou zde popsány fyzikální základy hyperbarického prostředí, biochemie kyslíku a působení hyperbarického prostředí na organismus. Tato část práce se zabývá i účinkem zvýšeného tlaku kyslíku na léčbu vzduchové embolie a rozebírá význam hyperbarické medicíny v České republice. Praktická část práce je zpracována formou kazuistik, které popisují průběh léčby a hyperbarické oxygenoterapie u jednotlivých pacientů a poukazují na rozdílnost terapeutického postupu. Data o pacientech byla získána ze zdravotnické dokumentace na oddělení ARO Nemocnice Na Homolce v Praze. Získaná data byla porovnána mezi sebou a také s dalšími dostupnými kazuistikami a doporučenými postupy.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the risks of air embolism and decompression sickness, their complications and treatment. Different treatment approaches to solve individual cases of air embolism and decompression sickness were compared and reviewed in the text. These approaches were also compared with recommended procedures for the treatment of air embolism and decompression sickness. In theoretical part of the thesis are described different types of air embolisms and recommendations for their treatment. Physical basis of hyperbaric environment, oxygen biochemistry and the effect of hyperbaric environment on the organism are described further. This part of the thesis also follows up the effect of increased oxygen pressure on the treatment of air embolism and discusses the importance of hyperbaric medicine in the Czech Republic. The practical part of the thesis is processed in form of case reports describing the course of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in individual patients and pointing out the inconsistency of therapeutic procedures. Patients data were obtained from the medical documentation of the ICU department - Na Homolce Hospital in Prague. Those data were compared between themselves and also with other available case reports and recommended procedures.
