Ovlivnění výsledků kvantifikace heteroforie a asociované forie umístěním disociátoru před pravé nebo levé oko

Abstract

Bakalářská práce pojednává o tom, dojde-li k ovlivnění výsledků heteroforie a asociované forie při předložení disociátoru před pravé nebo levé oko. Pro dosažení potřebných údajů ke zpracování dat, bylo nutné stanovit vhodnou metodiku vyšetření heteroforie a asociované forie. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, zda dojde k ovlivnění výsledků kvantifikace heteroforie a asociované forie pomocí výměny disociátorů. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a experimentální část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na základy jednoduchého binokulárního vidění, rozdělení heteroforie a heterotropie, její klasifikaci a řešení. V praktické části porovnávám výsledky z jednotlivých testů. Pro disociovanou heteroforii byl využit Schoberův test do dálky a Maddoxův test do blízka a dálky. Asociovaná forie byla měřena na testu fixační disparity do dálky a na OXO testu do blízka. V závěru práce jsem došla k zjištění, že výměna disociátoru může ovlivnit výsledek heteroforie a asociované forie Po vyřazení probandů s orthoforií, vyšla rozdílná prizmatická hodnota minimálně u 74 % probandů, u každého testu byly výsledky rozdílné.

The bachelor thesis discusses whether the results of heterophoria and associated phoria are affected when a dissociator is presented in front of the right or left eye. To acquire the necessary data to process the data, it was necessary to determine an appropriate methodology for examining heterophoria and associated phoria. The aim of this study was to determine whether the results of heterophoria and associated phoria quantification would be affected by dissociator exchange. The thesis is divided into theoretical and experimental part. The theoretical part focuses on the basics of the simple binocular vision, division of heterophoria and heterotropia, its classification and solution. In the experimental part I compare the results from individual tests. For dissociated heterophoria the Schober test for far distance and the Maddox rod test for far and near fixation distance were used. Associated phoria was measured on the fixationdisparity at distance and the OXO test at near. At the conclusion of thesis I found out that the replacement of dissociator can affect the results of heterophoria and associated phoria. After excluding probands with orthophoria, the prismatic value was different for at least 74 % probands, but it varied with each test.
