Zobrazovací metody u polytraumatu dětí a dospělých

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou zobrazovacích metod v traumatologii. V teoretické části je shrnuta obecná traumatologie a je definován pojem polytrauma. Dále práce obsahuje jednotlivé skórovací systémy využívané při triagi pacientů. Jsou popsána jednotlivá zobrazovací vyšetření v traumatologii. Jaký je jejich princip a jednotlivé zobrazování při diagnostice polytraumatu. V praktické části práce je obsaženo porovnávání dat, která byla nasbírána retrospektivně ve Fakultní nemocnici v Motole na Klinice zobrazovacích metod 2. LF UK a FN Motol. Porovnává se počet vyšetření u dospělého a dětského pacienta, zastoupení jednotlivých zobrazovacích metod a další upřesňující údaje. V diskusi se nalézá zamyšlení nad nasbíranými daty a výsledky praktické části a vysvětlení, proč vznikla taková data.

This bachelor theses deals with the issue of imaging methods in traumatology. The theoretical part summarizes the general traumatology and then defines the concept of polytrauma. Furthermore, the work contains individual scoring systems used for triagi on patients. The theses also describe individual imaging examinations in traumatology. The author tries to clarify their principle and their individual imaging in the diagnosis of polytrauma. In the practical part of the these the author is comparing data collected retrospectively at the University Hospital in Motol in the Department of Imaging Methods, 2nd Faculty of Medicine, Charles University and Motol University Hospital. The number of examinations in adult and pediatric patients, the representation of individual imaging methods and other detailed data are compared. In the last part of the theses, the discussion, the author reflects on the collected data and the results of the practical part of the work. The discussion also contain an explanation of why such data were generated.
