Vliv pandemie COVID-19 na psychiku zaměstnanců zdravotnické záchranné služby

Abstract

Obsahem diplomové práce je problematika pandemie COVID-19 a zejména jejích dopadů na mentální zdraví členů zasahujících složek integrovaného záchranného systému, konkrétně zaměstnanců Zdravotnické záchranné služby Plzeňského a Středočeského kraje. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na vymezení odborné terminologie spjaté s danou problematikou, definuje některé související pojmy, popisuje jejich legislativní ukotvení a také zachycuje vývoj pandemie a dokumentaci některých dosavadních postupů při jejím zvládání. Po teoretické části následuje část praktická, která sestává z dotazníkového šetření distribuovaného mezi respondenty z řad zaměstnanců Zdravotnické záchranné služby výše zmíněných pracovišť a rovněž ze strukturovaného rozhovoru. V této části je popsán výzkumný vzorek, metodika sběru dat a jejich následného zpracování. Data v empirické části jsou pro lepší přehlednost zpracována do podoby tabulek a grafů. Získané výsledky jsou v rámci diskuze porovnány s daty jiných tuzemských i zahraničních autorů zabývajících se ve svých publikacích téže problematikou. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky a vyhodnoceny cíle diplomové práce.

The Diploma thesis focuses on the issue of COVID-19 pandemic, especially with regards to its impact on the mental health of members of emergency services of Integrated Rescue System, particularly the employees of the Medical Rescue Services of the Pilsen and Central Bohemian region. The theoretical part presents the definition of technical terminology regarding the given topic, defines some of the related terms, describes their legislative base and also captures the development of the pandemic as well as the documentation of some of the existing procedures in terms of its management. The theoretical part is followed by the practical part which includes a questionnaire survey, which was distributed among the employee respondents of Medical Rescue Services of the above-mentioned workplaces, as well as a structured interview. This part describes the research sample, methodology of data collection and their subsequent processing. For better clarity, the data in the empirical part are presented in a form of tables and graphs. The obtained results are compared with the data by other domestic and foreign authors who investigate the same issues in their publications. The conclusion summarises the results and evaluates the goals of the Diploma thesis.
