Vliv mimořádných událostí na psychiku hasičů

Abstract

Obsahem diplomové práce je problematika vlivu mimořádných událostí na psychiku hasičů. Z důvodu zvyšujícího se počtu mimořádných událostí je na hasiče kladena vyšší zátěž nejen po fyzické stránce, ale především i po té psychické. Je nesmírně důležité se psychikou hasičů zabývat. Teoretická část práce se snaží přinést ucelený pohled na současný stav v této problematice. Důraz je kladen na základní pojmy, kterými jsou: stres, emoce, posttraumatická stresová porucha, krizová intervence a psychosociální pomoc a spolupráce. Navazuje část výzkumná, jejímž cílem je stanovení uceleného náhledu problematiky vlivu mimořádných událostí na psychiku hasičů. Společně s hlavním cílem bylo stanoveno několik dílčích úkolů. Za pomoci statistické analýzy výsledků, získaných kvantitativním výzkumem realizovaným prostřednictvím anonymního dotazníkového šetření, byla provedena verifikace a falzifikace stanovených hypotéz. Dotazník byl realizován mezi hasiči se služebním zařazením v Moravskoslezském kraji. Získané výsledky jsem komparoval s výsledky jiných autorů. Závěrem této práce jsem navrhl doporučení, která mohou zlepšit současný stav v této problematice.

This diploma thesis discusses how emergency situations affect the mental health of firefighters. The increasing amount of emergency situations is putting greater stress on firefigthers physically and, more importantly, mentally. It is very important to adress the mental health of firefigthers. The theoretical part tries to provide an overall view of the current situation in this area. Emphasis is placed on basic concepts such as: stress, emotions, post-traumatic stress disorder, crisis intervention and psychosocial help and cooperation. This is followed by the research part, which aims to provide an overall view of the issue of how emergency situations affect the mental health of firefighters. Several partial goals were established along with the main goal. A statistical analysis of the results obtained by quantitative research conducted through an anonymous questionnaire survey was used to verify and falsify established hypotheses. The questionnaire survey was conducted among firefighters in the Moravian-Silesian Region. I compared the results with results obtained by other authors. In conclusion, I recommended measures that may help improve the situation in this area.
