Poslechové fenomény plic

Abstract

Bakalářská práce podává přehled o auskultačních fenoménech plic, popisuje jednotlivé typy poslechových nálezů, jejich základní dělení na suché a vlhké a další detaily, se kterými se můžeme setkat při vyšetření plic poslechem. Praktická část má dvě etapy. V první části ověřoval odborný zdravotnický personál kvalitativním anonymním dotazníkem, zda se zvukové nahrávky shodují s nálezy v klinické praxi. Hodnotila se správnost poslechového nálezu a jeho použitelnost jako studijního materiálu současně s dostupností příslušných kazuistik. Vybrané nahrávky sloužily jako podklad pro druhou praktickou část práce, konkrétně vytvoření webové stránky pod doménou www.gaitzsch.cz. Web obsahuje vedle kazuistik i klasifikaci nahrávek podle onemocnění a dále teoretickou část, ve které jsou použité informace a zdroje z teoretické části bakalářské práce. Cílem webových stránek je poskytnutí doposud nedostupného studijního materiálu pro širší spektrum uživatelů.

This bachelor thesis reviews the categories of auscultation phenomena in the lungs, their basic division into dry and wet as well as other details we might encounter during lung auscultation. The practical part is composed of two parts. In the first one the healthcare professionals validated all collected sound records with the clinical findings using a quantitative anonymous questionnaire. Accuracy of the results and its feasibility for study purposes have been evaluated together with an accessibility of the respective clinical case reports. Selected sound records served as a fundament for the second part, in particular the construction of the website under the domain www.gaitzsch.cz. Besides the clinical case reports the webpage also contains the record classification according to the disease as well as the theoretical part composed of information and resources obtained in the first theoretical part of this bachelor thesis. The aim of the webpage is to provide an open-source repository so far unavailable for a broad range of users.
