Respirační fyzioterapie u pacientů s postcovidovým syndromem

Abstract

Hlavní metodou použitou v bakalářské práci jsou techniky respirační fyzioterapie. Respirační fyzioterapie je aplikována na pacienty s postcovidovým syndromem, kteří hodnotí dušnost jako nejvíce obtěžující přetrvávající příznak po prodělaném covid-19. V teoretické části je krátce přiblížena problematika onemocnění covid-19, charakteristika postcovidového syndromu, dále etiopatogeneze jeho vzniku, jeho formy a symptomy. Jsou zde popsány i navrhované formy léčby. V kapitole Metodika jsou zmíněny přesné postupy vyšetření a postupy respirační fyzioterapie použité na pacienty s postcovidovým syndromem v této práci. Součástí jsou informace o rozdělení pacientů do dvou skupin. Speciální část je věnována konkrétním pacientům a jejich terapiím. Výsledky potvrdily domněnku, že respirační fyzioterapie bude mít pozitivní vliv na symptomy postcovidového syndromu, zejména zmírnění dušnosti. Práce a její výsledky jsou zhodnoceny a porovnány s pracemi jiných autorů v následující kapitole Diskuze. Shrnutí celé práce je krátce zmíněno v Závěru.

The main method used in the bachelor thesis is the respiratory physiotherapy techniques. Respiratory physiotherapy is applied to patients with post-covid syndrome, who rate shortness of breath as the most bothersome persistent symptom after Covid-19. In the theoretical part, the problems of covid-19 disease, characteristics of post-covid syndrome, etiopathogenesis of its occurrence, its forms and symptoms are briefly presented. The proposed forms of treatment are also described. The methodology chapter mentions the exact examination and respiratory physiotherapy procedures applied to patients with post-covid syndrome in this thesis. Also, information on the division of patients into two groups can be found here. A special section is devoted to specific patients and their therapies. The results confirmed the hypothesis that respiratory physiotherapy would have a positive effect on the symptoms of post-covid syndrome, particularly the alleviation of breathlessness. The thesis and its results are reviewed and compared with the work of other authors in the following Discussion section. A summary of the whole thesis is briefly mentioned in the Conclusion.
