Úloha radiologického asistenta u diagnostiky pneumonie pomocí vybraných zobrazovacích metod

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou úlohy radiologického asistenta při diagnostice pneumonie pomocí vybraných zobrazovacích metod. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie a fyziologie plic. Následně je věnována pozornost tématu pneumonie, která se zabývá rozdělením, diagnostikou a léčbou tohoto onemocnění. Je zde zahrnuto i onemocnění COVID-19. Dále je popsána problematika rentgenového záření a radiační ochrany. Jsou zde zmíněny zobrazovací metody a jejich využití při diagnostickém zobrazování hrudníku. Dále se zabývá základním principem skiagrafie a výpočetní tomografie a úloze radiologických asistentů při těchto vyšetřeních. Nakonec je vysvětlena profese radiologického asistenta, a jak je důležitá komunikace mezi ním a pacientem. Praktická část je nejprve zaměřena na vyšetřovací postupy při pneumonii na vybraném pracovišti a úlohu radiologického asistenta při tomto vyšetření, poté na sběr dat z dotazníkového šetření, které proběhlo ve vybraných zdravotnických zařízeních. Dotazník byl směřován na radiologické asistenty. Otázky se týkaly osobních údajů o respondentovi, úloze radiologického asistenta při diagnostice pneumonie a komunikace radiologického asistenta s pacientem. Součástí praktické části je výběr kazuistik pacientů s „covidovou“ pneumonií. Jsou zmíněna některá osobní data (pohlaví, věk), způsob dopravení do nemocnice, jaká vyšetření pomocí zobrazovacích metod byla provedena a kam byl pacient následně poslán. Je připojena i obrazová dokumentace.

The bachelor thesis deals with the role of the radiological assistant in the diagnosis of pulmonary pneumonia using selected imaging methods. The theoretical part describes the anatomy and physiology of the lungs. Subsequently, attention is paid to the topic of pneumonia, which deals with the distribution, diagnosis and treatment of this disease. COVID-19 is also included. The issue of X-rays and radiation protection is also described. Imaging methods and their use in diagnostic imaging of the chest are mentioned here. It also deals with the basic principle of skiagraphy and computed tomography and the role of radiological assistants in these examinations. Finally, the profession of radiological assistant is explained and how important is communication between him and the patient. The practical part is first focused on examination procedures in pneumonia at the selected workplace and the role of the radiological assistant in this examination, then on the collection of data from the questionnaire survey, which took place in selected medical facilities. The questionnaire was addressed to radiological assistants. The questions concerned personal data about the respondent, the role of the radiology assistant in the diagnosis of pneumonia and the radiology assistant's communication with the patient. Part of the practical part is the selection of case reports of patients with "covid" pneumonia. Some personal data (gender, age), the method of transport to the hospital, what examinations were performed using imaging methods and where the patient was subsequently sent are mentioned.
