Možnosti využití AED dopravních zdravotnických služeb při náhlé zástavě oběhu

Abstract

Předmětem této práce jsou automatizované externí defibrilátory zdravotnických dopravních služeb a možnost jejich zapojení do systému first responder. Tato myšlenka čerpá zejména z povinnosti každého poskytovatele zdravotnické dopravní služby mít v každém z vozidel AED zakoupeno. Teoretická část popisuje a vysvětluje základní pojmy – systém first responderů, automatizovaný externí defibrilátor a zdravotnická dopravní služba. V rámci těchto pojmů jsou vysvětleny i funkční a legislativní vazby. Praktická část se sestává z hloubkových rozhovorů, statistickým vyhodnocením dotazníkového šetření a výsledků HAZOP analýzy. Hloubkové rozhovory byly provedeny s klíčovými osobami dané problematiky, a tak posloužily k prvotnímu sběru dat. Dotazníkové šetření se následně zaměřilo na výpovědi zaměstnanců ZDS. HAZOP analýza nakonec shrnula nasbírané informace z rozhovorů a dotazníků a vytvořila tak závěrečný výstup. Cílem zkoumání je zhodnocení možnosti zapojení AED zdravotnických dopravních služeb do systému first responder, potažmo jejich zapojení do laické resuscitace. V případě pozitivních výsledků bude dále cílem také vytvoření návrhu pilotního systému jejich zapojení.

The subject of this work are automated external defibrillators of medical transport services and the possibility of their integration into the first responder system. This idea stems from the obligation of each medical transport service provider to have an AED in each of their vehicles. The theoretical part describes the basic components of the whole notion - the first responder system, automated external defibrillator as an item and medical transport services. Lastly it describes their functional connection and delves into the problematic of current legislation. The practical part consists of in-depth interviews, statistical evaluation of the questionnaire survey and the results of the HAZOP analysis. In-depth interviews were conducted with key personnel of the given subject matter and were used for initial data collection. The questionnaire survey then focused on statements of employees of medical transport services. Finally, HAZOP analysis summarised the information gathered from the interviews and questionnaires to produce the final output. The aim of the research is to assess the possibility of engaging AEDs of medical transport services in the First Responder system, and consequently their involvement in lay resuscitation. Potential positive results of the research may also serve as the proposal of a pilot system of the involvement of AEDs.
