Problematika poskytování psychosociální pomoci osobám zasaženým mimořádnou událostí pohledem krizových interventů Zdravotnické záchranné služby Středočeského kraje

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku poskytování psychosociální pomoci osobám zasaženým mimořádnou událostí. Cílem práce bylo pohledem krizových interventů Zdravotnické záchranné služby Středočeského kraje zmapovat a popsat negativní faktory a jejich vliv při poskytování psychosociální pomoci osobám zasaženým mimořádnou událostí a stanovit způsoby jejich eliminace. V teoretické části byly v obecné rovině vymezeny základní pojmy a definice týkající se daného tématu včetně legislativního ukotvení. Popisujeme zde význam a specifika činnosti krizových interventů, první kontakt s klientem v terénu, jednotlivé principy, postupy a techniky psychosociální pomoci. Zmiňujeme také důležitost prevence syndromu profesního vyhoření krizových interventů a na závěr uvádíme zásady a etickou rovinu „Systému psychosociální intervenční služby.“ V empirické části diplomové práce byl zvolen kvalitativní výzkum. Pro získání relevantních informací byl uskutečněn prostřednictvím techniky individuálního polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s šesti respondenty, krizovými interventy Zdravotnické záchranné služby Středočeského kraje. Součástí všech rozhovorů je také uvedení šesti kazuistik z praxe. V závěru práce byla provedena SWOT analýza poskytované krizové intervence. Výzkumem bylo zjištěno, že průběh krizové intervence doprovází velké množství nežádoucích faktorů v podobě zátěží, možných konfliktů a stresových situací, které negativně ovlivňují efektivitu poskytované psychické pomoci i pracovní výkon interventů. Pro jejich eliminaci bylo na konci diskuze uvedeno několik „Doporučení pro praxi,“ která budou poskytnuta krajské koordinátorce „Systému psychosociální intervenční služby“ Středočeského kraje jako námi doporučený návod pro efektivnější poskytování a využívání těchto služeb.

This diploma thesis focuses on the provision of psychosocial assistance to persons affected in the event of an emergency. The aim of the thesis was to chart and describe negative factors and their impact on the provision of psychosocial assistance to victims of emergencies from the perspective of crisis interveners of the Medical Rescue Service of the Central Bohemian Region and to determine ways of eliminating such factors. The theoretical part presents a general look at the terms and definitions relating to the given topic, including the legislative framework. It describes the importance and specifics of crisis interveners’ work, their first contact with the client in the field, and the individual principles, procedures and techniques of psychosocial care. It also mentions the importance of preventing burnout syndrome in crisis interveners and concludes by presenting the principles and ethical side of the „System of the Psychosocial Intervention Service.” A qualitative survey was adopted in the empirical part of the thesis. In order to obtain the relevant information it was conducted in the form of an individual semi-structured interview with six respondents, crisis interveners of the Medical Rescue Service of the Central Bohemian Region. All the interviews also include the presentation of six case studies from practice. The thesis ends with a SWOT analysis of crisis intervention provided. The survey found that the crisis intervention process is accompanied by a great many adverse factors in the form of strain, possible conflicts and stressful situations, which have a negative impact on the effectiveness of psychosocial assistance and the work of the interveners. In order to eliminate those factors, at the end of the discussion there are several „Recommendations for Practice,” which will be provided to the regional coordinator of the „System of the Psychosocial Intervention Service“ of the Central Bohemian Region as a guide recommended by us to ensure the more effective provision and use of these services.
