Analýza rizik podniku Pozemní komunikace Bohemia a.s. a návrh možných opatření pro jejich eliminaci

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu rizik firmy Pozemní komunikace Bohemia a.s., se zaměřením na provoz v areálu obalovny asfaltových směsí dislokovaným v průmyslové zóně města Kladna. Teoretická část práce vymezuje základní pojmy tvorby analýzy rizik, poukazuje na legislativní prameny, které souvisejí s tématem práce. Následně přibližuje analyzovaný areál, vymezuje činnost v areálu, geografickou polohu, zabezpečení areálu a udává množství nebezpečných chemických látek nacházejících se v areálu. V praktické části práce je realizována samotná analýza rizik prostřednictvím kvantitativních analýz jednak v programu Riskan a také analýzou multikriteriální. Dále je provedena kvalitativní analýza SWOT a následná modelace úniku nebezpečné chemické látky, konktrétně kyseliny chlorovodíkové v programu ALOHA, únik je graficky znázorněn v programu MARPLOT. Všechny tyto analýzy povedou k definici hrozeb plynoucích pro areál podniku a budou navrženy opatření pro jejich snížení nebo celkovou eliminaci. Výsledky práce povedou ke zvýšení bezpečnosti podniku, pokud budou navržená opatření firmou zavedena.

The diploma thesis focuses on the risk analysis of the company Pozemní komunikace Bohemia a.s., focusing on the operation of the asphalt mixture coating plant located in the industrial zone of the city of Kladno. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic concepts of creating a risk analysis, points at the legislative sources that are related to the topic of the thesis. Subsequently, it approaches the analyzed area, defines the activities in the area, geographical location, security of the area and indicates the amount of hazardous chemicals found in the area. In the practical part of the work, the risk analysis itself is realized through quantitative analyzes both in the Riskan program and also by multicriteria analysis. Furthermore, a qualitative SWOT analysis and subsequent modeling of the leakage of a hazardous chemical substance, specifically hydrochloric acid in the ALOHA program, the leakage is graphically represented in the MARPLOT program. All these analyzes will lead to the definition of threats to the company, then measures will be proposed for their reduction or overall elimination. The results of the work will lead to an increase in the safety of the company if the proposed measures are implemented by the company.
