Analýza připravenosti Policie České republiky Územního odboru Kladno na řešení vybraných mimořádných situací dle katalogu typových činností složek integrovaného záchranného systému

Abstract

Tématem práce je analýza připravenosti příslušníků Policie České republiky Územního odboru Kladno na řešení mimořádných situací, pro které byly zpracovány typové činnosti složek integrovaného záchranného systému při společném zásahu. Vybráno bylo šest typových činností, které spadají do gesce Policie České republiky. V teoretické části jsou představeny jednotlivé složky integrovaného záchranného systému. Další část tvoří typové činnosti složek integrovaného záchranného systému, kde je největší část věnována typovým činnostem v gesci Policie české republiky. Zde je i pospána struktura Policie České republiky a blíže popsány její útvary a dále je zde představen samotný Územní odbor Kladno. Výsledkem práce bude vyhodnocení připravenosti policistů základních útvarů Územního odboru Kladno na řešení vybraných typových činností složek integrovaného záchranného systému. Základní údaje budou získány dotazníkovým šetřením, které bude obsahovat uzavřené i otevřené otázky. Na závěr budou navrženy strategie na zlepšení výcviků a vybavení policistů.

The topic of the thesis is an analysis of preparedness of members of the Police of the Czech Republic of the Kladno Territorial Department for dealing with emergency situations, for which the type activities of the Integrated Rescue System components in a joint intervention were processed. Six types of activities were selected, which fall under the responsibility of the Police of the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part, the individual components of the integrated rescue system are presented. Another part consists of type activities of the Integrated Rescue System components, where the largest part is devoted to type activities under the responsibility of the Police of the Czech Republic. The structure of the Police of the Czech Republic is described here as well as its departments and the Kladno Territorial Department itself is presented here. The result of the work will be an evaluation of the preparedness of police officers of basic departments of the Regional Department of Kladno to deal with selected type activities of the components of the Integrated Rescue System. The basic data will be obtained by a questionnaire survey, which will contain both closed and open questions. Finally, strategies to improve the training and equipment of police officers will be proposed.
