Ilegální obchod s anabolickými steroidy, vymezení rizik a metod prevence pro bezpečnostní praxi

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá vymezením rizik a metod prevence v bezpečnostní praxi v souvislosti ilegálního obchodu s anabolickými steroidy. V teoretické části práce definuje anabolické steroidy, jejich účinky na organismus člověka a popis zneužívání těchto látek ve sportovních odvětvích a vybraných kriminálních subkulturách (extremistické skupiny, skupiny diváckého násilí). Dále budou vymezena; rizika spojená užíváním anabolik a také s prováděním služebních zákroků ve vztahu k osobám užívající tyto látky. Praktická část se zaměří na rozhovory s příslušníky Policie ČR, Armády ČR, Vězeňské služby ČR a jinými osobami se zkušenostmi z této oblasti. V rámci strukturovaného rozhovoru s těmito experty budou analyzována a hierarchizována nejvýznamnější rizika spojená s touto oblastí s ohledem na charakter situace a prostředí. Dále budou popsány některé případové studie, které přiblíží některé skutečnosti z této problematiky. V závěru práce budou na základě výše uvedené analýzy zpracována doporučení pro zvýšení bezpečnosti kompetentních osob a prevenci rizikových jevů spojených s užíváním anabolických steroidů, čímž budou naplněny cíle práce.

The diploma thesis deals with the definition of risks and methods of prevention in safety practice in connection with the illegal trade in anabolic steroids. The theoretical part of the thesis defines anabolic steroids, their effects on the human body and a description of the abuse of these substances in sports and selected criminal subcultures (extremist groups, groups of spectator violence). Furthermore, the risks associated with the use of anabolics and also with the performance of occupational interventions in relation to persons using these substances will be defined. The practical part will focus on interviews with members of the Police of the Czech Republic, the Czech Army, the Prison Service of the Czech Republic and other persons with experience in this field. In a structured interview with these experts, the most significant risks associated with this area will be analyzed and hierarchized with regard to the nature of the situation and the environment. Next, some case studies will be described, which will bring some facts from this issue. At the end of the work, based on the above analysis, recommendations will be developed to increase the safety of competent persons and prevent risk phenomena associated with the use of anabolic steroids, which will meet the objectives of the work.
