Dopady výpadku elektrické energie na správní obvody Prahy 18 a Prahy 19

Abstract

Obsahem této diplomové práce je popis a analýza výpadku elektrické energie na správní území Prahy 18 a Prahy 19, vliv výpadku na obyvatelstvo a jeho následky na dané území. V rámci teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy důležité pro získání povědomí o dané problematice. Je zde zmíněn pojem „blackout“, jeho příčiny, následky, zkušenosti ze zahraničí a současná situace týkající se blackoutu v hlavním městě Praze. Dále jsou popsány možné záložní zdroje elektrické energie, jejich druhy a využití. Jsou zde popsána území správních obvodů Prahy 18 a Prahy 19, základní informace a důležité objekty nacházející se na těchto územích. V praktické části jsou analyzovány následky výpadku elektrické energie na území správních obvodů Prahy 18 a Prahy 19. Pomocí analytických metod jsou zobrazena slabá místa a nedostatky obou správních území. V této souvislosti jsou popsána doporučení sloužící k eliminaci zjištěných nedostatků.

The content of this thesis is a description and analysis of the power outage in the area of Prague 18 and Prague 19, the impact of the outage on the population and its consequences in the area. Basic concepts important to gain an understanding of the issue are described in the theoretical part. The concept of "Blackout", its causes, consequences, experience from abroad and the current situation regarding blackout in Prague. Furthermore, possible backup sources of electricity, their types and use are discussed. Description of Prague 18 and Prague 19 administrative districts is provided, detailing basic information about the areas and important objects located in these areas. In the practical part, the consequences of the power outage on the administrative areas of Prague 18 and Prague 19 are analysed. In this context, recommendations are provided in order to eliminate the identified weaknesses.
