Evakuace osob s omezenou schopností pohybu z Charitního domova Moravec

Abstract

Obsahem diplomové práce je zpracovaná problematika objektové evakuace Charitního domova Moravec, zejména ve vztahu k osobám s omezenou schopností pohybu. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část definuje klíčové pojmy, popisuje rozdělení jednotlivých forem evakuace z hlediska požární ochrany a ochrany obyvatelstva. Dále je uvedena problematika objektové evakuace a únikových cest. Je také kladen důraz na aspekty přístupu k osobám s omezenou schopností pohybu a rovněž i k osobám se senzorickým postižením a demencí jako faktory ovlivňující proces evakuace. V praktické části je zpracována analýza rizik objektu Charitní domov Moravec v návaznosti na kvalitativní výzkumné šetření, které bylo vedeno formou hloubkového rozhovoru s ředitelkou objektu. V této části práce je také vytvořená 3D modelace objektu Luisin dům a následná simulovaná cvičná evakuace. Ta je vytvořena ve třech modelových scénářích v závislosti na čase vyhlášení evakuace kvůli pokrytí celého spektra možných důsledků evakuace. Výsledkem práce je analýza bezpečnostního stavu objektu ve vztahu k objektové evakuaci a jeho následné ověření simulovanou cvičnou evakuací. Taktéž jsou zde naplněny cíle práce a vyhodnoceny předem naformulované hypotézy. V diskuzi je provedena komparace námi získaných výsledků s výsledky jiných autorů. Závěr práce obsahuje návrhy a doporučení pro zlepšení bezpečnostního stavu objektu a zvýšení efektivity objektové evakuace.

The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of building evacuation of the Charity House Moravec, with particular attention to persons with impaired mobility. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part defines the key terms and describes various types of evacuation in terms of fire protection as well as protection of the inhabitants. Additionally, the topics of building evacuation and escape routes are presented. Finally, specific section is dedicated to aspects of access to persons with impaired mobility as well as persons with sensory impairments and dementia as factors influencing the evacuation process. In the practical part of the thesis, a risk analysis of the Charity House Moravec is performed based on qualitative research, which was conducted in the form of an in depth interview with the Charity Home Director. A 3D model of the Luisa's House is created and a subsequent evacuation exercise is simulated. The simulation covers three evacuation scenarios with various time of evacuation order so that the full range of possible evacuation consequences is tested. The result of the thesis is an analysis of the security status of the building in relation to the evacuation, and its subsequent verification by a simulated evacuation. Finally, the level of completion of the thesis objectives are reviewed and the previously formulated hypotheses are evaluated. In the discussion part, the thesis results are compared with the results of other authors. The conclusion of the paper contains suggestions and recommendations for improving the security status of the building and increasing the effectiveness of the evacuation.
