Realizace strategie Průmyslu 4.0 a její přínos při snižování administrativní zátěže ve zdravotnictví

Abstract

Obsahem diplomové práce je implementace vybraných technologií strategie Průmyslu 4.0 do zdravotnictví a tím snížení administrativní zátěže zdravotnických pracovníků. Teoretická část je zpracována formou rešerše veřejně dostupné literatury. Jsou zde uvedeny základní pojmy o Průmyslu 4.0, jeho strategie a koncepce, které se mohou vyžít ve zdravotnictví. Dále je zde popsán dokument Iniciativa Průmysl 4.0. Na závěr teoretické části je uvedena legislativa spojená s ochranou osobních informací. Praktická část je zaměřená na analýzu digitalizace ve zdravotnictví v České republice a následně jsou navrhnuty procesy, které povedou k efektivnější administrativě. Na těchto návrzích je demonstrováno možné využití technologií z Průmyslu 4.0. V praktické části jsou také vyhodnoceny řízené rozhovory s pracovníky ve zdravotnictví o dané problematice. Na závěr diskuse jsou uvedeny doporučení pro realizaci digitalizace zdravotnictví.

The scope of the diploma thesis is the implementation of selected technologies of the Industry 4.0 strategy in the healthcare sector and thus reducing the administrative burden of healthcare workers. The theoretical part is prepared in the form of a search of publicly available literature. The basic concepts of Industry 4.0, its strategies and concepts that can be applied in the healthcare sector are presented. Furthermore, the document Industry 4.0 Initiative is described. The theoretical part concludes with the legislation related to the protection of personal information. The practical part focuses on the analysis of digitalization in the healthcare sector in the Czech Republic and then processes are proposed that will lead to more efficient administration. These proposals are used to demonstrate the possible use of technologies from Industry 4.0. The practical part also evaluates guided interviews with healthcare workers on the issue. At the end of the discussion, recommendations for the digitalization of healthcare are given.
