Zefektivnění připravenosti jednotek sboru dobrovolných hasičů obcí na zásahy u dopravních nehod

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena do oblasti zefektivnění připravenosti jednotek SDH obcí předurčených na zásahy u DN na ÚO Cheb. V první části se diplomová práce zabývá jednotkami PO, jejich druhy, kategoriemi, předurčeností, plošným pokrytím a následně zajištěním akceschopnosti. Opomenuta zde není ani samotná charakteristika okresu Cheb, organizace jednotek PO na ÚO Cheb a příhraniční spolupráce. Praktická část diplomové práce se věnuje statistice výjezdů jednotek SDH obcí na DN a jejich činnostem u DN. Dále je zde provedena analýza zajištění OP, specializačních kurzů a VPPO pro jednotky SDH obcí. V závěru práce je poté využito vícekriteriálního hodnocení (metoda rozhodovací matice a metoda modifikované rozhodovací matice) pro výběr nejvhodnější sady HVZ pro jednotky SDH obcí.

This diploma thesis is focused on the area of streamlining the readiness of volunteer fire brigades of municipalities destined to intervene in traffic accidents at the Cheb territorial department. In the first part, the diploma thesis deals with fire protection units, their types, categories, predestination, surface coverage and subsequently ensuring action readiness. The characteristics of the Cheb district, the organization of fire protection units in the Cheb territorial department and cross-border cooperation are not left out either. The practical part of the diploma thesis deals with the statistics of departures of units of the volunteer fire brigades for traffic accidents and their activities in traffic accidents. Furthermore, there is an analysis of the special training, specialization courses and material means of fire protection for volunteer fire brigades. At the end of the work, a multi-criteria evaluation (Decision Matrix Method, Forced Decision Matrix Method) is used to select the most suitable hydraulic rescue equipment for volunteer fire brigades.
