Zneužití vybraných omamných psychotropních látek k chemickému teroristickému útoku

Abstract

Předmětná bakalářská práce se zaobírá analýzou omamných a psychotropních látek ve smyslu nařízení vlády č. 463/2013 Sb. Potenciálně zneužitelných k chemickému teroristickému útoku proti civilnímu obyvatelstvu s cílem zmapovat tyto látky. Zmíněny budou potenciály vybraných teroristických skupin s potenciálem tyto chemické látky proti civilnímu obyvatelstvu použít. Bude uveden popis těchto látek, jejich chemické složení a reálné zneužití. Dále bude uvedeno riziko nákupu pomocí digitálních měn, tzv. kryptoměn. Bude poukázáno na nebezpečí anonymity těchto nákupů a druhy konkrétních kryptoměn. V praktické části bude provedena analýza reálné možnosti nákupu a dostupnosti takových látek prostřednictvím hlubších vrstev internetu. Analýza se bude opírat o monitorování stránek hlubších vrstev internetu.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis will be to analyze narcotic and psychotropic substances in the sense of Government Decree No. 463/2013 Coll. Potentially exploitable for a chemical terrorist attack on the civilian population in order to map these substances. The potentials of selected terrorist groups with a will to use these chemicals against the civilian population will be mentioned. A description of these substances, their chemical composition and actual misuse will be provided. The risk of buying using digital currencies, so-called cryptocurrencies, will also be mentioned. The danger of anonymity of these purchases and the types of specific cryptocurrencies will be pointed out. In the practical part, an analysis of the real possibilities of purchase and availability of such substances through deeper layers of the internet will be performed.
