Fyzioterapie u pacientů s totální endoprotézou kyčelního kloubu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním předního a bočního operačního přístupu využívaného při totálních endoprotézách kyčelního kloubu z hlediska rehabilitace. Předmětem práce je uvedení čtenáře do problematiky náhrad kyčelních kloubů. Obecná část obsahuje anatomii, fyziologii a kineziologii kyčelního kloubu. Dále zmiňuje patologie kyčelního kloubu související s tématem této práce a jejich řešení alloplastikou s pomocí různých druhů kloubních náhrad a operačních technik. Poté následuje nastínění postupu rehabilitace a režimových opatření po těchto operacích. V kapitole metodika jsou teoreticky popsány vyšetřovací metody a terapeutické postupy včetně cvičební jednotky, které byly využity při zpracování této bakalářské práce. Pro dosažení cílů práce bylo 10 sledovaných pacientů rozděleno do dvou skupin podle typu operačního přístupu. Na základě vstupního kineziologického vyšetření byl stanoven rehabilitační plán a aplikována terapie. Ve výsledcích práce jsou pomocí tabulek porovnána vstupní a výstupní data sledovaných pacientů, ze kterých je patrné, že lepších výsledků dosahovala skupina operovaná předním přístupem. V diskuzi jsou slovně popsány výsledky práce a také je zde daná problematika rozebrána na podkladě výzkumů jiných autorů. Závěr práce stručně rekapituluje celou práci, je zde uvedeno zhodnocení vytyčených cílů a přínos práce.

This Bachelor thesis compares the rehabilitation processes of the direct anterior and lateral surgical approaches for total hip arthroplasty. The subject of this work will be to introduce the issues with total hip arthroplasty. The main body discusses the anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology of the hip joint. Further, it goes into the pathology of the hip joint relating back to the topic of this thesis and their solution by alloplasty with help of different hip replacements and surgical processes. Next I outline the rehabilitation methods and regimen measures applied after these surgeries. The methodology chapter describes theoretically the screening methods and the therapeutic procedures – including exercise unit, which were used in the processing of this Bachelor thesis. To achieve the goal of this thesis, I divided ten monitored patients into two groups according to the surgical approach. Based off the entrance kinesiology examination, the rehabilitation plan was developed and the therapy was applied. Using a spreadsheet, I compared the results of the pre-treatment and post-treatment data of the monitored patients. It is evident that the results were better in the group of patients who had undergone surgery using the direct anterior approach. Discussion verbally describes the results of the paper, also the given issue is dissected based on research of the other authors. The conclusion briefly summarizes the whole work. Here are listed and evaluated the main goals and benefits of the work.
