Fyzioterapie u pacienta po polytraumatu s kognitivním deficitem

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na fyzioterapii u polytraumatizovaného pacienta po autonehodě, u kterého se vlivem poranění mozku rozvinula centrální paréza a kognitivní deficit. Přehled současného stavu se zabývá problematikou polytraumatu a jeho následky u pacienta – centrální parézou a kognitivním deficitem. Kapitola metodika pojednává o vyšetřovacích terapeutických metodách použitých ve speciální části. Speciální část obsahuje podrobnou kazuistiku pacienta, v níž se dále nacházejí základní údaje pacienta a vstupní kineziologický rozbor, na jehož základě byl sestaven krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán, a popis jednotlivých terapeutických jednotek. Předpokladem bylo udržení stavu pacienta, ale z výsledků vyplývá zlepšení, a to především v oblasti stability stoje. V závěru je zhodnoceno dosažení stanovených cílů a přínos práce.

The bachelor thesis is focused on physiotherapy in a polytraumatized patient after a car accident who developed central paresis and cognitive deficits due to a brain injury. An overview of the current situation deals with the issue of polytrauma and its consequences in the patient – central paresis and cognitive deficit. The methodology chapter deals with the examination therapeutic methods used in the special part. The special part contains a detailed case report of the patient, which also contains the basic data of the patient and the initial kinesiological analisys, on the basis of which a short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan was compiled, and a description of individual therapeutic units. The assumption was to maintain the condition, but the results show improvements, especially in the area of standing stability. In the end, the achievement of the set goals and the effects of the chosen therapy are evaluated.
