Využití vybraných fyzikálních léčebných metod u pacientů s epicondylitis lateralis humeri

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá onemocněním epicondylitis lateralis humeri s cílem zhodnocení vlivu nízkovýkonného laseru a radiální rázové vlny na snížení bolesti. Hodnoceným parametrem bylo subjektivní hodnocení bolesti podle numerické škály. Vedlejšími sledovanými ukazateli byly změny skóre PREE dotazníku a pozitivity klinických testů. V teoretické části práce je zmíněn přehled současného stavu, kde se rozebírá anatomie a biomechanika loketního kloubu, dále etiopatogeneze, klinický obraz, diferenciální diagnostika a možnosti terapie daného onemocnění. V metodické části je charakterizován výzkumný vzorek, nastavení fyzikální terapie a dále vyšetření, které bylo použito při vstupním i výstupním sběru dat. První skupina pacientů podstoupila terapii radiální rázovou vlnou, druhá skupina pacientů pak nízkovýkonnou laseroterapii. Speciální část obsahuje tabulky, ve kterých jsou znázorněna data ze vstupního a výstupního vyšetření. Kapitola výsledky pak pomocí tabulek a stručného komentáře prezentuje získaná data z obou sledovaných skupin. Výsledky jsou následně probírány v širších souvislostech v kapitole diskuze. Ukázalo se, že obě fyzikální léčebné metody měly vliv na snížení bolesti, ale efektivnější intervencí byla radiální rázová vlna.

The bachelor thesis deals with epicondylitis lateralis humeri in order to evaluate the effect of low level laser therapy and radial extracorporeal shockwave therapy on pain reduction. The evaluated parameter was the subjective evaluation of pain according to a numerical scale. The secondary endpoints were changes in the PREE questionnaire score and the positivity of clinical tests. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis mentions an overview of the current state, which describes the anatomy and biomechanics of the elbow joint, as well as etiopathogenesis, the clinical presentation, the differential diagnosis and treatment options for this disease. The methodological part characterizes the research sample, the settings of physical therapy and the initial and final examination that was used in the initial and final data collection. The first group of patients underwent the radial extracorporeal shockwave therapy, the second group of patients underwent low level laser therapy. The special part contains tables in which the data from the initial and final examination are shown. The results chapter then presents the data obtained from both monitored groups using tables and brief comments. The results are then discussed in a broader context in the discussion chapter. Both physical therapies have shown pain reduction, but the radial extracorporeal shockwave therapy has been more effective intervention.
