Fyzioterapie u pacientky s traumatickým postižením horní končetiny a amputací III. - V. prstu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce, která je zpracována ve formě kazuistiky a pojednává na téma fyzioterapie u traumatického postižení horní končetiny s amputací prstů, je rozdělena na několik části. V první, teoretické části jsou sepsány základy anatomie horní končetiny, obecné poznatky o amputacích a možnosti z oblasti protetiky. Také je zde přiblížena problematika omezení hybnosti celé horní končetiny (zejména ramenního kloubu) v důsledku dlouhodobé imobilizace. Druhou částí je metodika, ve které jsou popsány vyšetřovací a terapeutické postupy využité v této práci. Třetí, speciální část obsahuje kazuistik u pacientky s traumatickým postižením horní končetiny a amputací III. – V. prstu, která zahrnuje anamnézu a vstupní kineziologický rozbor, na jehož základě byl stanoven krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán. Následně je popsán průběh terapie. Efekt terapie je popsán v kapitole výsledky, kdy byl porovnán vstupní a výstupní kineziologický rozbor. Z výsledků vyplývá, že u pacientky došlo k výraznému zlepšení funkčního stavu končetiny. Čtvrtou částí je diskuze, která je zaměřena na možnosti z oblasti protetiky a dále pak na porovnání výsledků práce s jinými zdroji. Poslední částí je závěr, který obsahuje zhodnocení splnění cílů a přínos bakalářské práce.

This bachelor’s thesis, which is executed in the form of a case study and is on the topic of physiotherapy after trauma to the upper limb with amputation of the III. – V. finger, is divided into several sections. The first, theoretical section, describes the basic anatomy of the upper limb and provides general knowledge about amputations and options in the field of prosthetics. It also explains the issue of limited motion of the entire upper limb (particularly the shoulder joint) as a result of long-term immobilisation. The second part contains the methodology, which describes the examination and therapeutic procedures used during this work. The third, special section contains a case study of a female patient suffering from trauma to the upper limb and amputation of the III. – V. fingers, which includes her anamnesis and initial kinesiological analysis, on the basis of which a short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan was executed. The progress of therapy is subsequently described. The effect of therapy is described in the results chapter, in which the initial and final kinesiological analyses were compared. The results show that the patient had a significant improvement in the functional condition of the upper limb. The fourth section contains a discussion focusing on options in the field of prostheses and also on comparison of the results of this paper with other sources. The last section is the conclusion and contains assessment of the achievement of the goals of this bachelor’s thesis and its contribution.
