Fyzioterapie u dětského pacienta se syndromem fragilního X

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je přiblížení problematiky fyzioterapeutické intervence u dětského pacienta se syndromem fragilního X pro laickou i odbornou veřejnost. Kapitola Přehled současného stavu obsahuje teoretické informace o syndromu fragilního X a jednom z projevu tohoto onemocnění – mentální retardaci. Jsou zde popsány příčiny vzniku, symptomy, rozdělení, možnosti léčby a vzdělávání pacientů s tímto onemocněním. V metodické části jsou popsány konkrétní vyšetřovací a terapeutické postupy použité v průběhu terapie. Speciální část je zpracovaná formou kazuistiky pacienta se syndromem fragilního X a obsahuje anamnézu, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán. V druhé části je popsán průběh a náplň jednotlivých cvičebních jednotek. V kapitole Výsledky je porovnán vstupní a výstupní kineziologický rozbor za účelem zhodnocení účinnosti absolvované terapie. Výsledná data zhodnotí efekt terapie. Diskuze je věnována obecně problematice uváděné diagnózy Syndrom fragilního X, zdůrazňuje specifiku práce s dětským pacientem a vliv rodičů na průběh léčby. Jsou zde diskutovány dosažené výsledky, celkový přínos a splnění stanovených cílů.

The bachelor thesis aims to approach the topic of physiotherapic intervention in a pediatric patient with Fragile X syndrome for the lay and professional public. The chapter Overview of the current state contains theoretical information about the fragile X syndrome and one of the manifestations of this disease - mental retardation. It describes the causes, symptoms, distribution, treatment options and education of patients with this disease. The methodological part describes the specific examination and therapeutic procedures used during therapy. The special part is processed in the form of a case report of a patient with fragile X syndrome and contains anamnesis, initial kinesiological analysis, short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan. The second part describes the course and content of individual exercise units. The chapter Results compares the initial and final kinesiological analysis in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the completed therapy. The resulting data will evaluate the effect of therapy. The discussion is devoted to the diagnosis of Fragile X Syndrome, shows the specifics of working with a pediatric patient and the influence of parents on the course of treatment. The achieved results, the overall benefit and the fulfillment of the set goals are discussed here.
