Využití footscanu pro zhodnocení terapie u hallux valgus

Abstract

Tato práce je zaměřena na problematiku hallux valgus a sleduje změny postavení palce po fyzioterapii nohy pomocí baropodometrické plošiny. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. První teoretická část se zabývá anatomiií nohy, etiologii hallux valgus a anatomickými změnami nohy. V závěru této kapitoly je popsána konzervativní i operační léčba deformity hallux valgus. Praktická část obsahuje vstupní kineziologické rozbory zahrnující klinické i footscanové měření. V této části jsou dále popsány terapie a cvičení na doma. Následuje zhodnocení výsledků vstupních a výstupních vyšetření obou skupin. Práce splnila svůj cíl, a to přispět křešení problematiky hallux valgus vhodným způsobem terapie. Přestože přístrojové výsledky neprokázaly jednoznačné zlepšení deformity palce, subjektivní vnímání probandů se zlepšilo.

Presented bachelor’s thesis deals with the issue of hallux valgus and investigates the changes in the position of the thumb after foot physiotherapy using a baropodometric platform. The thesis consist of two parts. The first theoretical part deals with the anatomy of the foot, etiology of the hallux valgus and the anatomical changes of the foot. At the end of this section, operative and conservative treatment of hallux valgus deformity is described. The practical part contains initial kynesiological analyses including clinical and footscan measurements. Additionally, therapies and home exercises are also described in this section. These are followed by an evaluation of the results of the initial and outcome examinations of both test groups. The thesis has fulfilled its aim of contributing to the problem by providing appropriate therapy. Although the instrumental results did not show a clear improvement of the thumb deformity, the probands' subjective feelings have improved.
