Možnosti radiologického zobrazování a endovaskulární léčebné terapie u hemoragických mozkových onemocnění

Abstract

V bakalářské práci se soustředím na téma cévní mozkové příhody, konkrétně její hemoragickou formu. Hlavním tématem naší práce je popsat současné možnosti radiologických zobrazování cévního řečiště mozku a endovaskulární terapeutické postupy. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V začátku teoretické části bude popsána anatomie mozku a jeho cévní zásobení. V dalších kapitolách jsou probrány současné možnosti radiologické diagnostiky a vysvětleny endovaskulární terapeutické postupy léčby. V závěru teoretické části se věnujeme úloze radiologického asistenta při zobrazovacích radiologických vyšetřeních a endovaskulárních výkonech. Praktická část je zpracována formou kvalitativního výzkumu metodou případové studie. Celkem jsme vybrali deset kazuistik s hemoragickou cévní mozkovou příhodou a snažili jsme se o výběr zajímavých případů. Jednotlivé kazuistiky jsou podrobeny detailní analýze, je popsán průběh onemocnění, vybrané metody radiologické diagnostiky a následná endovaskulární léčba. Rovněž jsme porovnali všechny pacienty mezi sebou.

In this bachelor thesis we discuss the topic of brain stroke, in this case its hemoragic form. The main topic of our bachelor thesis is to describe today’s possibilities of radiological imagining of the cerebral vascular system and endovascular therapeutic methods. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. At the beginning of the theoretical part, we describe the anatomy of the brain anatomy and its vascular supply. In the following chapters we discuss current possibilities of radiology diagnostics and explained endovascular therapeutic procedure of the treatment. Chapters at the end of the theoretical part are dedicated to the role of the radiology assistant in cases of radiological tasks. The practical part is formed by qualitative study with a method of a case study. We picked out ten cases of patients with hemorrhagic stroke, trying to make them as interesting as possible. Each case study is detailly analyzed, the process of the treatment and the selected methods of the radiologic diagnosis and the following endovascular treatment. We also compared the patient between each other.
