Vliv modifikací chůze při lokomoční terapii na pacienta s tetraparézou

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na možné ovlivnění kvality stoje a chůze její modifikací u pacienta s centrální spastickou tetraparézou, v rámci lokomočního tréninku na přístroji AlterG. V přehledu současného stavu je v rámci literární rešerše popsána současná situace na poli robotické rehabilitace chůze u vybraných diagnóz. Přístroje pro robotickou rehabilitaci jsou dále rozděleny do jednotlivých kategorií a zástupci krátce představeni. V kapitole metodika jsou teoreticky popsány vybrané vyšetřovací metody. Speciální část je zpracována formou kazuistiky. Jsou zde uvedeny informace ze vstupního kineziologického rozboru včetně podrobného popisu průběhu terapií. Ve výsledcích práce jsou terapie zhodnoceny, získané výstupní hodnoty porovnány se vstupními a přehledně zaneseny do tabulek a grafů. Závěrem je v diskuzi komentován vliv lokomoční terapie pomocí roboticky asistované terapie v návaznosti na výsledky z výstupního vyšetření. Jedná se nejen o parametry chůze a rovnováhy, ale i soběstačnosti při lokomoci.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the possible influence of the quality of standing and walking by its modification in a patient with central spastic tetraparesis, within the framework of locomotor training on the AlterG device. In a literature review, the current situation in the field of robotic gait rehabilitation for selected diagnoses is described. The robotic rehabilitation devices are further categorized and the representatives briefly introduced. In the methodology chapter, selected examination methods are theoretically described. The special section is presented in the form of a case report. First, information of the initial kinesiological analysis is presented, including a detailed description of the course of therapy. In the results chapter, the therapies are evaluated, the obtained output values are compared with the input values and clearly entered into tables and graphs. Finally, the discussion comments on the positive impact of robot-assisted locomotion therapy in relation to the findings of the outcome examination, not only on gait and balance parameters but also on self-sufficiency in locomotion.
