Respirační fyzioterapie po hrudních operacích

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na efekt respirační fyzioterapie u pacientů po hrudních operacích. Cílem práce je zlepšit pružnost hrudníku, zmírnit omezené dechové pohyby, korekce vadného držení těla a zlepšení stavu jizvy. Teoretická část se zabývá anatomií dýchací soustavy, fyziologií dýchání, poruchami dechového stereotypu, mechanikou dýchání, jednotlivými metodikami hygieny dýchacích cest, respirační fyzioterapií u chirurgických zákroků na hrudníku a klasickými operačními přístupy v hrudní chirurgii. Metodická část se zaměřuje na jednotlivé vyšetřovací a terapeutické metody, které budou použity ve speciální části bakalářské práce. Speciální část je věnována anamnéze a vstupním vyšetřením jednotlivých pacientů. Pacienti budou rozděleni do dvou skupin po pěti probandech. Jedna skupina absolvovala terapii pod mým vedením, druhá skupina cvičila sama po instruktáži cvičební jednotky. Obě skupiny absolvovaly terapie v domácím prostředí. Kapitola výsledky obsahuje výstupní vyšetření se subjektivním a objektivním hodnocením jednotlivých probandů. Diskuze je věnována popisům výsledků terapie.

Bachelor thesis is focused on the effect of respiratory physiotherapy on patients after thoracic surgery. The aim of the work is to improve chest elasticity, reduce limited breathing movements, correct defective posture and improve the condition of the scar. The theoretical part deals with the anatomy of the respiratory system, physiology of respiration, disorders of respiratory stereotype, respiratory mechanics, individual methods of respiratory hygiene, respiratory physiotherapy in chest surgery and classical surgical approaches in thoracic surgery. The methodical part focuses on individual examination and therapeutic methods that will be used in a special part of the bachelor thesis. The special part is devoted to the anamnesis and initial examination of individual patients. Patients are divided into two groups of five probands. One group underwent therapy under my guidance, the second group trained according to an exercise plan. Both groups did the therapy in their home environment. The results chapter contains a final examination with subjective and objective evaluation of each probands. The discussion is devoted to descriptions of the results of the therapy.
