Domácí násilí v době pandemie

Abstract

Domácí násilí (dále jen „DN“) představuje velice specifický fenomén, který je spojen s mnoha faktory omezující jeho možné odhalení. Mezi jeden z jeho hlavních znaků patří, že se odehrává za zavřenými dveřmi. V posledních dvou letech ochromila celou společnost pandemie SARS-CoV-2. V rámci jejího překonání byla vládou navržena opatření, která uzavírala obyvatele za dveřmi jejich domovů. Odborníci po celém světě varovali před možnými dopady pandemie a různých opatření na oblast DN. Diplomová práce si klade za cíl zjistit, jaký dopad měla pandemie SARS-CoV-2 na oblast DN na našem území. Za tímto účelem jsme v rámci práce využili kvalitativní a kvantitativní výzkumné metody. Pomocí analýzy statistických dat jsme zjistili, jaký dopad měla pandemie SARS-CoV-2 na počet případů spojených s DN. Dále byl pomocí polostrukturovaným rozhovorům zmapován celý proces řešení DN v rámci Policie České republiky (dále jen „PČR“), následná pomoc v rámci Intervenčního centra (dále jen „IC“) a jaký dopad měla pandemie SARS-CoV-2 na jednotlivé procesy. Získané výsledky z analýz statistických dat a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů jsme na závěr práce detailně popsali a následně porovnávali s výsledky jiných autorů. V závěru diskuze jsme navrhli možná doporučení pro oblast DN v době přetrvávající krize.

Domestic violence (further as “DV”) represents very specific phenomena which is connected with a many factors limiting its possible exposure. It happens behind the close door which belongs to its main features. SARS-CoV-2 pandemic paralyzed a whole society during last two years. In the scope of overcoming the pandemic the government offered measures which has closed citizens behind their doors. Experts all around the world have warned against potential impacts of pandemic and different measures with regards to DV. This thesis has a goal to find out what an impact had pandemic SARS-CoV-2 on DV within our territory. Qualitative and quantitative research methods were used for that reason. We found out what an impact had pandemic SARS-CoV-2 on the number of cases related to DV. Further with support of half-structured interviews the whole process of resolving DV was mapped within the Police of the Czech Republic (further as “PCR”), following help within the Interventionist centre (further as “IC”) and what an impact had pandemic SARS-CoV-2 on the individual processes. We described in details results acquired from statistic data analyses and half structured interviews at the end of the thesis and subsequently compared with results of other authors. In the closure of discussion we suggested potential recommendations for the area of DV in the times of lasting crises.
