Možnosti zabezpečení Obchodního centra Galerie Butovice

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou ohroženosti měkkých cílů, konkrétně návrhem komplexního zabezpečení Obchodního centra Galerie Butovice v Praze s využitím stávajících i moderních technologií. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na obecné seznámení s danou problematikou. Jsou zde uvedeny některé legislativní dokumenty, technické normy a metodiky nelegislativního charakteru, které stanovují podmínky bezpečnostních prvků a jejich využívání. V této části práce je dále popsána problematika ohroženosti a ochrany měkkých cílů zaměřená na obchodní centra, popsáno Obchodní centrum Galerie Butovice včetně jeho současného stavu zabezpečení. Poslední část teoretické části je věnována bezpečnosti a ochraně objektu a jsou zde popsány možnosti a prostředky k jeho zabezpečení. Praktická část práce obsahuje KARS analýzu rizik, jejímž výstupem je grafické znázornění pravděpodobných hrozeb, mezi které patří vandalismus, odcizení majetku (krádež) a blackout. Dále je v této části práce provedeno vyhodnocení ohroženosti měkkého cíle podle metodiky ministerstva vnitra. Výstupem tohoto vyhodnocení je vytipování nejpravděpodobnějších typů útoků v konkrétním čase a na konkrétním místě. Takto byli vytipovány jako nejpravděpodobnější útoky napadení chladnou zbraní teroristickou skupinou v období před svátky ve společných prostorách centra. Poslední část práce je věnována návrhu možného komplexního zabezpečení Obchodního centra Galerie Butovice s využitím stávajících i moderních technologií a prostředků

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of endangered soft targets, specifically by proposing comprehensive security of the Galerie Butovice Shopping Center in Prague using current and modern technologies. In the theoretical part there is a general introduction to the issue. There are shown selected legislative documents, technical standarts and methodologies of a non-legaslive nature, which set out the conditions of security features and their use. This part of the thesis further describes the issue of endangerment and protection of soft targets focused on shopping centers, description of the Galerie Butovice Shopping Center, including its current security status. The last part of the theoretical part is devoted to the security and protection of the building and there are described the possibilities and means to secure it. In the practical part there is KARS risk analysis, the output of which is a graphical representation of probable threats, which include vandalism, theft and blackout. Furthermore, in this part of the work is evaluated the threat of the soft target according to the methodology of the Ministry of Interior. The output of this evaluation is the identification of the most likely types of attacks at a specific time and place. In this manner, there were identified as the most likely attacks by a cold weapon by a terrorist group in the common areas of the center in the period before the holidays. The last part of the work is devoted to the design of possible comprehensive security of the Galerie Butovice Shopping Center using current and modern technologies.
