Vliv kruhového tréninku u pacientů s Parkinsonovou nemocí v pokročilém stádiu onemocnění s a bez sportovní anamnézy na motoriku, kondici a stabilitu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce pojednává o Parkinsonově nemoci (dále jen PN), jejím klinickém obrazu, epidemiologii a možnostech terapie. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda má motorická paměť ve vysokém věku a pokročilém stádiu onemocnění význam, proto jsou zde také objasněny pojmy jako je neuroplasticita a motorická paměť. V metodice jsou popsány příslušné vyšetřovací a terapeutické postupy, které byly použity pro dosažení výsledků. Z vyšetřovacích postupů byla využita anamnéza, aspekce stoje a chůze, neurologické vyšetření, goniometrie a speciální testy. V rámci terapie byl na pacienty aplikován kruhový trénink na zlepšení fyzické kondice, stability a motoriky. Ve speciální části je charakterizována skupina probandů, popsán konkrétní kruhový trénink, který probandi cvičili po dobu 7 týdnů a uveřejněny výsledky jejich vstupních speciálních testů. Výsledky jsou zpracovány pomocí tabulek, slovního popisu a grafů. Porovnávají se pouze parametry, u kterých byl předpokládán terapeutický efekt. Diskuze se věnuje zhodnocení dosažených výsledků a průběhu terapie.

This bachelor’s thesis is about Parkinson’s disease (PD), its clinical picture, epidemiology and treatment options. The objective of this paper is to establish whether motor memory is important in old age and during advanced stages of this disease, which is why it clarifies terms such as neuroplasticity and motor memory. The methodology describes the relevant examination and therapeutic procedures, which were used to achieve results. The anamnesis, standing and walking examination, neurological examination, goniometry and special tests were some of the examination procedures used. Circular training for improving physical fitness, stability and motor skills was applied to patients within the terms of therapy. The special section describes the group of probands, the specific circular training that the probands carried out for a period of 7 weeks and the published results of their special initial tests. The results are processed using tables, a verbal description and graphs. Only the parameters in relation to which a therapeutic effect was assumed are compared. The discussion is devoted to assessing the results achieved during therapy.
