Analýza rozsahu a efektivity humanitární pomoci a rozvojové spolupráce České republiky do zemí jihovýchodní Asie v letech 2010 - 2020

Abstract

Tématem této práce je humanitární pomoc a rozvojová spolupráce směřovaná z České republiky do zemí jihovýchodní Asie. Teoretická část práce nejprve definuje obecná východiska tohoto tématu. Dále se věnuje systému poskytování veškeré zahraniční pomoci Českou republikou. Součástí práce je také stručný popis mezinárodních organizací a institucí, kterých je ČR členem. V neposlední řadě je v práci definován region jihovýchodní Asie a nastíněny jeho problémy vedoucí k potřebě humanitární pomoci a navázání rozvojové spolupráce. Hlavní pasáž praktické části je věnována podrobné analýze humanitární pomoci, kterou v letech 2010-2020 Česká republika vyslala do oblasti jihovýchodní Asie. Dále práce zjišťuje reálnou hodnotu rozvojové spolupráce České republiky. Poslední část je věnována komparaci zahraniční humanitární pomoci ČR s dalšími státy Evropské unie. Porovnány jsou jak systémy poskytování zahraniční pomoci a spolupráce jednotlivých zemí, tak i rozsah pomoci během let 2010-2020. V závěru práce jsou vyhodnoceny předem stanovené hypotézy. Dále je zjištěno, zda humanitární pomoc a rozvojové spolupráce České republiky naplňuje své předem stanovené cíle. Tyto myšlenky a postřehy jsou zároveň zhodnoceny pomocí rozhovorů se zástupci největších humanitárních organizací působících v České republice.

The topic of this thesis is humanitarian aid and developmental cooperation aiming at the countries of Southeast Asia given by the Czech Republic. The theoretical part firstly defines the general starting points of this topic. It describes the system of providing international aid in the Czech Republic. A concise summary of all international organizations and institutions involving the Czech Republic is included. Furthermore, the area of Southeast Asia and its problems are defined, clearly showing the link to a demand for humanitarian aid and developmental cooperation. The main section of the practical part focuses on a detailed analysis of humanitarian aid that the Czech Republic provided to the area of southeast Asia between the years 2010 and 2020. The thesis then determines the actual value of the developmental cooperation of the Czech Republic. The last part of the thesis draws comparisons between the international humanitarian aid distributed by the Czech Republic and the European Union member states. The comparison addresses both the systems of international aid and cooperation of individual countries and the scope of aid provided between 2010 and 2020. The thesis concludes with an evaluation of the previously stated hypothesis. It is determined whether humanitarian aid and developmental cooperation of the Czech Republic fulfil its previously stated goals. These conclusions are then evaluated using interviews with representatives of the largest humanitarian organization acting in the Czech Republic.
