Svalové řetězce ve vazbě k temporomandibulárnímu kloubu a možnosti jejich ovlivnění

Abstract

Tato práce rozebírá teorii a zapojení svalových řetězců se zaměřením na temporomandibulární kloub. Následně bude výraz zkrácen pouze na TMK. První část popisuje anatomický, biomechanický a kineziologický základ pro čelistní kloub. Dále se zaměřuje i na okolní struktury, vazy a fascie. Druhá část práce popisuje základní teorii svalových řetězců, jejich vznik popsaný z pohledu různých autorů. Následuje předložení funkce samotných řetězců. Kapitola s názvem Svalové řetězce TMK podrobně popisuje jednotlivé svalové řetězce rozdělené do tří trojúhelníků. Jejich následná možná zřetězení jsou znázorněna obrázky. Celkovou problematiku dokresluje kapitola popisující spoušťové body v oblasti čelistního kloubu, které úzce souvisí s řetězením v rámci svalových smyček. Dále jsou znázorněny terapeutické možnosti ovlivnění svalových řetězců. Kapitola Diskuse popisuje výsledky z širšího rámce a poukazuje na možné směry ovlivňující tuto teorii se snahou o motivaci pro další výzkum řešeného tématu. Na závěr popisuji přínos práce a shrnuje splnění cíle.

This paper discusses the theory and involvement of muscle chains with a focus on the Temporomandibular Joint. The first section describes the anatomical, biomechanical and kinesiological basis for the temporomandibular joint. It also focuses on the surrounding structures, ligaments and fascia. The second part of the thesis describes the basic theory of muscle chains, their origin described from the perspective of different authors. This is followed by a presentation of the function of the chains themselves. The chapter entitled Muscle chains of the TMJ joint describes in detail the individual muscle chains divided into three triangles. Their subsequent possible propagation is illustrated by figures. The overall theme is illustrated by a chapter describing trigger points in the temporomandibular joint, which are closely related to the chaining within the muscle loops. Therapeutic options for influencing the muscle chains are also illustrated. The discussion chapter describes the results from a broader framework and highlights possible directions influencing this theory in an effort to motivate further research on the topic at hand. Finally, it describes the contribution of the thesis and summarises the achievement of the aim.
